Casa Boquera is located in the center of our vineyard. The hotel surrounds a private garden with a swimming pool and beautiful views over the vineyards and the mountains.
With only 11 rooms with a private terrace, we can offer a personal retreat. All rooms are decorated differently with spacious bathrooms and premium beds.
The kitchen serves a buffet breakfast with Spanish champagne and freshly squeezed orange juice. You can start the day enjoying yourself in our living room or on our terrace, giving the option to choose if you prefer sun or shade.
Breakfast can be brought to the room if you wish.
Our most diverse wine, a very special blend of Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes.
They are all included, so we have to play with the vineyards to achieve an optimal ripening rate for the three varieties.
Maturation takes place in new, lightly toasted American barrels to enhance the fruity aromas of the wine.
This wine has a very intense lemon yellow color, but at the same time very clean and light.
On the palate it is very fruity with very soft tannins, but with a certain character due to the barrel and a medium voluminous palate.
Ideal consumption: As a complement to apertizers and tapas. The perfect choice with fish and seafood but with its fruity flavors it tastes great chilled by the pool.

This wine has a clean and bright cherry red color with red and bluish tones. The olfactory phase presents very marked fruity tones like citrus.
In the mouth it is a fresh and fun wine to consume.
The tannins that are very present in the wine have a very sweet structure due to the natural treatments that are carried out for their stabilization.
Ideal consumption: Why not serve the rosè where you otherwise would think to use a white? Great with fish, seafood and pairs with many tapas dishes. A beautiful welcoming aperitif or chilled on a hot day.

For the production of this wine, the plots with a more advanced maturity index are selected in relation to the rest of the plots.
It is a combination of the Garnacha tintorera and Monastrell varieties that results in a wine of an intense, pure and clear cherry red color with very marked red tones. The olfactory phase presents very marked fruity tones such as black fruit and raisins and candied fruit. On the palate it is a fresh and fun wine to drink. The tannins that are very present in the wine have a sweet structure due to the natural treatments that are carried out for their stabilization.
Ideal consumption: An allrounder that can compliment light meats and fish, but also barbeques and tapas. Since there is no oak present, the tannins are exceptionally round and the wine can easily be served chilled, perfect for hot days when you still fancy a red. A good wine on its own too.

It is made with the Syrah and Garnacha Tintorera varieties and is aged in French barrels for about 3 months.
It has a ruby red color, clean and bright with red tones.
The olfactory phase presents woody tones, but with hints of berries such as blackberry or blueberry. It has slightly elevated tones reminiscent of smoked and brown. AND
in the mouth it is a wine with a lot of volume. The tannins have a sweet structure due to aging in the bottle and barrel.
Ideal consumption: A round fruity wine which pairs wonderfully with lamb and game. Perfect for barbeques and can also be fully enjoyed on its own with a snack or sausage. Suits both light and heavier dishes.

To make this wine, our own Petit Verdot and grapes from 40-year-old Monastrell vines are used with a minimum aging in French barrels of 6 months.
This wine has an intense ruby red color with plum red reflections.
On the nose it presents balsamic aromas very typical of petit verdot, as well as citric aromas. It also has spicy aromas typical of aging in French barrels. In the mouth it is a very velvety wine, although it presents the tannic personality of an aging process.
Ideal consumption: The best choice with a juicy steak or that T-bone you have been saving for a special occasion. Although the oak is present it is well Integrated and will therefor pair with any meat dish.
